Meet the Founders
Noy Leyb
Noy Leyb, entrepreneur and activist, was shaped by his family’s Zionist roots and his service as a combat soldier in the IDF. On October 7, he left everything behind and took the first flight from NYC to Israel, serving on the frontlines in Gaza and Lebanon for over 250 days. This experience reinforced his mission to fight antisemitism and misinformation. He co-founded Strong Voices for Israel, empowering people with the tools and confidence to stand for truth. With a social media following of over 50,000, he works to humanize IDF soldiers, ensuring their stories are seen and understood.
Max Long
Max Long is a social entrepreneur, an IDF Reservist and the founder of Growing Wings, an organization which provides essential offerings for Lone Soldiers such as, affordable housing, mental health services, and a supportive community.
As a co-founder of Strong Voices for Israel, Max strives to humanize Israeli and Diaspora Jewish experiences by deploying speakers who have lived it and are willing to share with Jewish and non-Jewish communties across North America, ensuring the truth is heard and acknowledged.
Liz Becker
Liz Becker, entrepreneur, communication skills trainer, and creator of an internationally recognized certification program, is a proud Zionist shaped by her family's Holocaust history. A vocal Israel advocate, the October 7 attacks reinforced her resolve, leading her to publish her father's Holocaust manuscript, The Little General, and co-found Strong Voices for Israel. Dedicated to combating antisemitism, she empowers IDF reservists and other warriors to share their experiences. A fearless advocate, she is committed to educating and inspiring others to stand for truth and justice.
